HOSPITALITY – VISITORS’ CENTER

A small detour from the main road leads to the heart of the green Eshtaol Forest in the Judean Hills, where the winery is located. It is midway between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem and easily accessible from both. Flam Winery offers an extraordinary wine experience, sitting among the vineyards, on a balcony overlooking the wild landscape of the Judean Hills. Visits include an explanation about the winery, the family, the vineyards, the wine growing region region and the local terroir. This will be followed by a tutored tasting of a number of Flam wines. During the weekdays and on Fridays, the winery is open for wine tastings, training and professional wine workshops. In addition, there is a professional tasting room for groups, whether private and business events. The forest that surrounds the winery is full of hiking and biking trails and is rich quiet corners suitable for a picnic with nature. The winery offers picnic and takeaway baskets that may be collected from the winery. Families, friends or organized groups can sit on the patio balcony or explore and enjoy the beautiful and magical natural habital of Eshtaol Forest.

• The tutored wine tastings at the winery include an explanation of the winery, the vineyards and the wine production process and a tasting of 4 wines, accompanied by cheeses and breads. The cost of the tasting is NIS 150 per person.
